This Body Language Expert Claims Jennifer Lopez’s Behavior Has Everything to Do With Trying to ‘Impress’ Ben Affleck

Things have seemed a bit off with Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, from the reported feud between them and his ex-wife Jennifer Garner to their numerous McDonald’s runs (despite Lopez being a known health fanatic). And body language expert Judi James claims these latest antics at McDonalds have everything to do with Lopez trying to “impress” Affleck.

In a conversation with the Mirror, she claimed that Lopez’s unpolished look and paparazzi antics (such as flipping off the camera) are very unlike her usual public persona (and it’s all to impress her the Good Will Hunting co-writer husband)!

“It’s usually Ben looking surly at the paparazzi but it seems Jennifer has caught or copied his mood here, perhaps in a bid to impress him by showing him he’s not the only one in the marriage who can look like a rebellious teenager,” she said.

She then added that the middle finger photo was reportedly a calculated move. “If her body language had suggested actual anger the finger signal might have looked like a spur-of-the-minute, loss-of-temper mistake,” she said. “But her facial expression here, with the slightly twisted smile, looks calm enough, hinting that the rude signal was deliberate and maybe part of her normal repertoire.”

For those that don’t know, Lopez and Affleck were together from 2002 to 2004 after meeting on the set of Gigli. A few years later, they called off their engagement. But they rekindled their romance in 2021, and they tied the knot a year later.

Since early Oct 2023, they have been in a reported feud, but it seems they’re coping in their own ways.
