Bobby's Burgers from Bobby Flay reportedly wanting to expand to Austin

Celebrity chef Bobby Flay is reportedly browsing for buyers wanting to brandish the Bobby's Burgers name in Austin.

Bobby's Burgers, which Flay opened in 2021, "offers 5-star, made-to-order deliciousness" through a variety of burgers, sandwiches, sides and shakes. The restaurant has six locations, and the Austin Business Journal reported that Flay wants to bring the chain to the Texas capital. Michael McGill, the president of Bobby's Burgers's franchise company Intelligration Capital BB LLC, even put out a call for interested franchisees.

"We are seeking experienced operators to help deliver a consistent, ultimate burger experience every time," McGill said in the Austin Business Journal article. "We want people in new markets, like Austin, to be able to encounter the full opportunity to enjoy a dining experience by Bobby Flay, or bring Bobby's Burgers home with to-go ordering."
