Bob Saget's Widow Made Her Red Carpet Couple Debut With This Famous 'Clueless' Star

It’s hard to believe that Bob Saget has been gone for two years, but his widow, Kelly Rizzo, is learning to navigate her life in new ways without him. The 44-year-old food and travel blogger has found romance again with a very familiar face to the Clueless fanbase: Breckin Meyer.
The duo stepped out onto the red carpet for the first time at a Grammy Awards viewing party on Sunday, but Rizzo admitted to E! News that she struggled in moving forward. “It took a while to get to the point where I’m like, ‘OK, I think he’d be happy with it,'” she revealed. Rizzo got the stamp of approval from the people who mattered the most to Saget, his three adult children from his first marriage to Sherri Kramer, daughters Aubrey, 36, Lara, 34, and Jennifer Saget, 31. “It’s wonderful, it just meant so much to have their blessing,” she noted. “They’re just angels. And to have them support is so meaningful.”

Rizzo and Meyer nailed their red-carpet debut and looked very comfortable even though they were breaking some big news with their appearance together. Rizzo wore an asymmetrical hemline dress with a leopard print and chic knee-high boots. Her glam-rock ensemble was accessorized with a smoky eye and a studded headband. Meyer kept it casual with a graphic T-shirt along with a light-wash denim jacket and gray pants.
The Comfort Food with Kelly Rizzo host has only recently been open to the topic of dating after Saget’s 2022 death from a fall in a Florida hotel room. She knew that getting the blessings of those who “knew him best” was going to be crucial before she could take that next big step. “I’d love to think that Bob would want me to be happy too, but to hear it from them is just a totally different level,” Rizzo explained to Fox News Digital about getting Saget’s daughters’ approval. “And it meant the world just to hear, ‘Hey, we trust you. We love you. We know you’re going to do what’s right, and we want you to be happy.'”
It’s unclear how Meyer and Rizzo met, but he was previously married to director Deborah Kaplan. He shares two children with her, daughters Caitlin Willis and Clover. They divorced in 2014.
