Bob Newhart Celebrates 90th Birthday In Vegas With a Little Help From His Friends

Bob Newhart was definitely feeling the love on his 90th birthday.

The legendary stand-up comedian and actor attended the Friday evening performance of "The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil" at The Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

The show combines re-imagined music of the Beatles with an interpretive, circus-based artistic and athletic stage performance.

Newhart, whose actual birthday is on September 5, was joined by his wife, Ginny, three of their children and his son-in-law for the popular show.

Bob Newhart is best known for being a leading man back in the 70s as the star of "The Bob Newhart Show," but the icon is still making everybody laugh generations later and keeping himself relevant.

In 2013 he even won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for his work on "The Big Bang Theory."

Earlier this year, Newhart was invited back to the series final wrap party at The Langham Huntington in Pasadena, and was seen taking photos with Johnny Galecki.

Some may not remember, Newhart won a Grammy award for Best New Artist in 1961 for his album, "The Button-Down Mind of Bob Newhart."

Back in February, he was able to repay the favor by presenting Dua Lipa with her own Grammy award for Best New Artist during the awards show at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
