From the Blue Bridesmaids to the Gorgeous Greenery, We're Loving This Virginia Wedding!
This beautiful Bride had a vision - organic and ethereal, simple natural touches - and the finished results? Perfectly on point with said vision. The prettiest dusty blue bridesmaid dresses, greenery all around and sweet kisses galore make this Virginia wedding a prime example of romantic, rustic elegance and we're oh so glad that Kim Stockwell captured it all!
From Kim Stockwell... Morgan knew she wanted an outdoor venue with some quaint touches that reminded her of where she grew up in the rolling hills of Tennessee. Seven Springs proved to be the perfect spot tucked away right outside the city of Richmond, Virginia. Morgan worked with her planner Maggie Richard of Maggie Richard Design to make sure she got the most out of her wedding day. Morgan’s vision was organic and ethereal. She wanted the rustic touches of her hometown with the organic elegance of a well done outdoor wedding. The design was centered on dusty blues and simple natural touches. The couple said their own vows in front of friends and family under a dreamy organic inspired floral arch by Photosynthesis Floral Design. The bridal suite and reception space were filled with the fresh calm scent of lavender that was hand dried by the mother of the bride. Guests were given individual sachets of lavender to take home and enjoy. Southern cuisine was shared under bistro lights and guests enjoyed dancing into the late evening. Morgan and David celebrated with a spirited sendoff from friends and family as they departed for their honeymoon in the Keys. It was the perfect day for this sweet couple and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to capture it for them.
