Blood & Water Season 4 resumes the journey of Puleng, who attends a party and comes across a girl who resembles her long-lost sister. Her sister was kidnapped to human trafficking soon after the birth and she has no clue about her current whereabouts. To confirm the party girl’s identity, Puleng enrolls in an elite school and is determined to find out the truth.
