Ruh-roh, Mango!
 
Chris Kattan, 43, a popular "Saturday Night Live" cast member from 1996 to 2003, was arrested early Monday morning on suspicion of DUI when he crashed his car into a Department of Transportation vehicle that was making repairs on a Los Angeles freeway.

Kattan was seen weaving in and out of traffic at slow speeds in his Mercedes Benz just before 2 a.m. while heading westbound on the 101 freeway in the Encino area of L.A.'s San Fernando Valley. He then crashed into a parked Caltrans truck that was parked on the freeway shoulder while doing maintenance work on a guardrail near the Balboa exit.
 

Kattan failed a field sobriety test and was booked into the Van Nuys jail on suspicion of DUI. He was released on a $15,000 bond at 7:40 a.m. Monday.

A woman who observed the erratic driving called 911 to report a car "weaving all over the roadway" and witnessed the crash a short time later.
 
No one was in the truck at the time of the crash and no injuries were reported.

Kattan was best known for playing the flamboyant character of "Mango" on the NBC sketch series. During his time on "SNL," he also did popular impersonations of John McEnroe, Clay Aiken, Bill Gates, Joey Fatone, and "Gay Hitler."
 
His film credits include "A Night at the Roxbury," "Corky Romano," and "Undercover Brother."
