'The Walking Dead' Deleted Scene: How Much Does Carol Love Daryl? [Video]

Carol/Daryl shippers, the big hookup you've all been waiting for hasn't happened yet, but in the clip above, a deleted scene from the upcoming third-season DVD and Blu-ray release of "The Walking Dead," there's no doubt about just how strongly Carol (Melissa McBride) feels about the younger Dixon brother.

In the scene, Carol takes food to Daryl's wild older bro Meryl (Michael Rooker), but the sustenance isn't a mere act of kindness; Carol offers the food, then tells Meryl people often underestimate her, which is why she has cheated death so many times, she says.

She then tells Meryl he should not make the mistake of underestimating her, because if he does anything to harm Daryl (Norman Reedus), she'll ... well, watch the clip and swoon at her Daryl devotion yourself.

The scene will be included on both the five-disc DVD and limited-edition "zombie head tank" Blu-ray releases of "The Walking Dead" Season 3, which will also include cast interviews, audio commentaries, behind-the-scenes footage, and never-before-seen featurettes.

The DVD and Blu-ray sets will be released on August 27 from Anchor Bay Entertainment, while Season 4 of "The Walking Dead" will premiere on AMC on October 13.
