Pardon us if we get a little Chandler Bing on you here, but, could we be more excited about the return of Jack Bauer, after seeing the first full trailer for "24: Live Another Day"?

The clip, in which CIA honcho Steve Navarro (Benjamin Bratt) discovers fugitive Jack (Emmy and Golden Globe winner Kiefer Sutherland) is on the loose in London, also details how Jack is on a mission to prevent, among other things, the assassination of U.S. President James Heller (William Devane).

Heller's death on London soil would spark a world war, Jack tells pal Chloe (Mary Lynn Rajskub), but, with his gun drawn in trademark J.B. style, it's clear Jack is going to be trying to save the world with his own government on his back.

So, Jack's back, Sutherland looks like he hasn't lost a single step in the almost four years since the "24" series finale, Chloe and Jack are working together again, they have a deep bench of supporting cast, the action is set in London (pleaseohplease let the Eye have a cameo in the action), and, though we give it up to the "24" gang for making that restrictive hour-by-hour format work for eight seasons, it should ramp up the intensity even further now that a whole season is being boiled down to a cable-drama-ish 12 episodes.
