Elizabeth Hurley Confirms Split From Arun Nayar Amid Cheating Rumors

Despite this weekend's celebration of love, there was a bit of not-so-happy news: Elizabeth Hurley confirmed her separation from super-rich husband Arun Nayar following reports she cheated with Aussie cricket player Shane Warne. She tweeted Sunday, "Not a great day. For the record, my husband Arun & I separated a few months ago. Our close family & friends were aware of this."

Meanwhile, Warne -- who has three kids with ex-wife Simone Callahan -- responded to the rumors on his official blog. "Sadly and unfortunately, Simone and I split up a while ago, our closefriends and family were informed at that time. It is a private matterso we did not make it public. We remain friends and will continue to begood parents," wrote the athlete, who has a history of infidelity.

Nayar, an Indian textile heir and businessman, wooed Hurley (ex-girlfriend of Hugh Grant) in 2002 and they married five years later in two lavish ceremonies at Sudeley Castle in England and Umaid Bhawan Palace in India.

Since Hurley and Grant remain BFFs, we've no doubt he's offering some advice to Hurley on weathering a cheating scandal.
