We at Yahoo Music have had our eye on Sara Melson for some time, having identified her years ago as an artist to watch. The singer-songwriter, who released her debut in 2008 and a second full-length, A Million White Stars, earlier this year, has shared the stage with an impressive range of musicians -- ranging from Ben Folds to the Silversun Pickups -- and her music has been featured on TV shows such as "Grey's Anatomy."

We're pleased to premiere the video for her single "What Are You Waiting For," a tune that shows off her genre-bending skills admirably. Enjoy this first look!
