Another day, another hair color for Katy Perry, who was spotted in L.A. on Monday with pink locks, a major difference from the blond hair she debuted just last week at "The Smurfs" premiere. Plus, a radiant Sandra Bullock makes a surprise appearance at the premiere of pal Ryan Reynold's new flick "The Change-Up" Monday night, and John Stamos posts some pics of himself and Nick Jonas rehearsing for their Hollywood Bowl production of the Broadway musical "Hairspray."
