The American Music Awards' preshow has become as much of a can't-miss event as the televised awards ceremony itself, with rising artists rocking the outdoor stage and artists of all types rocking amazing red-carpet fashions. But you don't have to be at Los Angeles's Nokia Theatre to catch all the preshow action, as the sixth annual "Coca-Cola Red Carpet LIVE!" will stream online for fans worldwide on Yahoo (at yahoo.com/live) on Sunday, Nov. 23, starting at 2 p.m. PT/5 p.m. ET.
The live preshow will feature performances by hot emerging artists like singer-songwriter Mary Lambert, hip-popper Becky G, X Factor U.K. crooner Ella Henderson, pop-rock combo R5, and British chanteuse Katy Tiz. Overseeing all the fun will be hosts Lance Bass, Jordin Sparks, Gavin DeGraw, Frankie Grande, Chelsea Briggs, Kandi Burruss, Taryn Manning, Morgan Stewart, and Ted Stryker.
"The AMAs are an amazing kickoff to the celebratory season… it is always amazing to catch up with artists and friends who are attending the show or who are nominated," says returning host Bass. His fellow AMAs veteran Sparks concurs: "We have an incredible lineup of performances during this year's preshow. It will be a great warmup to what we know will be a wonderful evening of music and accolades."
Don't miss any of the Coca-Cola Red Carpet LIVE! action, at yahoo.com/live on Sunday the 23rd!
