Glasvegas Announce North American Tour; Offer First Look at New Video
Scottish rockers Glasvegas are fairly fresh off the mid-September release of their third album, and they're ready to take the new music to the road...across the pond! The band revealed exclusively to Yahoo Music this week that they're planning a North American trek starting early next year.
"We are really looking forward to returning to North America in 2014," Glasvegas enthused to Yahoo Music. "We've picked some intimate venues this time allowing us to reconnect with some old friends and make some new ones. Either way expect to get up close and personal with Glasvegas in the New Year. Rest assured we will be playing the classics from Glasvegas and Euphoric Heartbreak, and also playing you tracks from our brand-new album Later...When The TV Turns To Static. See you soon."
If the tour announcement wasn't enough, the band has yet another treat for fans: They're offering an exclusive first look at the video for the title track of the new album! Frontman James Allan explained the concept behind the clip to Yahoo Music. "The idea was quite a simple one me and my sister Denise worked on, where we just set up the amps in the living room and played. The video is interrupted by another little dimension. I like the simplicity and dreamy nature to it."
