"Jesus. MacArthur. Jay-Z ... the great ones always return."

So says the narrator of the new teaser trailer for "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues" as four familiar-looking silhouettes approach us, eventually being revealed as Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell), Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd), Brick Tamland (Steve Carrell) and Champ Kind (David Koechner) ... and yes, their hair is perfect.

"We haven't seen you in a while, America -- you haven't changed a bit," says Burgundy, prompting other random greetings and fun facts from the members of his Action News team.

"I've got a new cologne -- it's called Venom," says Fantana. "It's pretty much one hundred per cent snake venom." No doubt you'll find this in Fantana's extensive cologne cabinet next to Sex Panther, the fragrance featured in the original "Anchorman" that's "illegal in nine countries, made with bits of real panther ... so you know it's good."

As with previous "Anchorman 2" teasers, the greeting format continues to elude Brick, who can only muster a "Happy Easter!" followed by a piece of sound if totally random advice: "Always make sure the parents are around if you hug a child."

The new teaser is just the latest bit of madcap "Anchorman" tomfoolery that's being going on lately. The production was filming in Atlanta a couple of weeks ago, where a set pic revealed a battle unlike any the Atlantic Ocean has ever seen: a grey-suited and Burgundy vs. a shark. The production has since moved to New York City, where streets and vehicles have been recreated to represent the '70s-set story accordingly -- and where the four main cast members were seen sporting various bandages, arm slings and even a neck collar for Brick for a sequence following the crashing of an Action News van.

The New York City set pics also feature the film's latest celebrity cameo: rapper Drake, who was sporting a brown leather Member's Only jacket, a large gold chain and, of course, a giant afro. Drake is one of many famous-types to have been spotted clowning around on the "Anchorman 2" set in the past few weeks, with recent pics confirming that Liam Neeson, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler and Sacha Baron Cohen will be making appearances in the film.

Plot details of "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues" have been kept under wraps, though director Adam McKay has dropped a few hints here and there, including one involving a custody battle. We also know that Kristen Wiig has been cast as a love interest for Brick and that Harrison Ford will be appearing as a legendary Tom Brokaw-esque newscaster. Nicole Kidman is also set for a cameo appearance and James Marsden will play a rival anchor and Burgundy's nemesis.

"Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues" hits theaters on December 20.
