In the span of four short years, 27-year-old English actor Sam Claflin has built up an impressive resume, appearing in major hits with some of the biggest stars in the world. He shared the screen with Johnny Depp in "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides," and played the Prince opposite Kristen Stewart in "Snow White and the Huntsman." Most memorably, he played the charming (and notably shirtless) Finnick Odair in the biggest box-office hit of 2013, "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire."
Claflin will reprise the role of Finnick in the two-part finale "Mockingjay," but first he'll be seen in a far more creepy sort of game.
In "The Quiet Ones," Claflin plays Brian McNeil, a student of Professor Coupland (Jared Harris) in a class exploring the true roots of what we consider to be "the supernatural." To test their theories, they study a young woman, Jane Harper (Olivia Cooke), who has always been surrounded by unexplained happenings. But when Brian points his movie camera at the weirdness around him, he has no idea what might be looking back.
