The thing about trying to hide a pregnancy is … sooner or later you can't. Just ask Jessica Simpson, who, back in October, was already sporting a pretty big bump even though she wouldn't reveal the news at the time, or the usual trim-and-slim Reese Witherspoon, who got rumors going a few months back when she was spotted with a bit of a bigger belly. She's still mum on the subject.

The next not-ready-to-share-the-new-mom-news currently on the paparazzi's radar is Drew Barrymore. Though she hasn't spoken publicly about her pregnancy, the 37-year-old isn't doing much to try to mask her maternity look either.

Barrymore strolled out of a Los Angeles medical center with fiancé Will Kopelman on Wednesday wearing a clingy sheer cream sweater over jeans, an ensemble that definitely revealed her burgeoning bump. Another clue? The "Fever Pitch" actress was carrying a DVD on her way out of the appointment. If you haven't had a baby in the last several years, you might not know that doctors now send expectant parents home with a souvenir — their sonogram on a DVD.

Barrymore and Kopelman, a 34-year-old art consultant, have been dating since early 2011, got engaged four months ago, and are rumored to be planning a June wedding. The actress is a former wild child who battled substance abuse and has had three broken engagements and two failed marriages (to bartender Jeremy Thomas and comedian Tom Greene), but has changed her ways in recent years. "I am not someone who is ashamed of my past. I'm actually really proud," she told the London Evening Standard in 2010. "I know I made a lot of mistakes, but they in turn were my life lessons."
