Joe Jonas: ‘I Would Love to Be Spider-Man’

Nick Jonas has been busy with his new band, the Administration, and Kevin Jonas has been busy with his new wife, Danielle ... so are the Jonas Brothers breaking up or what? On Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show on Monday, Joe Jonas joked, "We're done," then went on to explain that he and his brothers were tired from being on the road non-stop for the past couple of years and desperately needed to take some time off. "I think it's nice to have a little break where we can all individually do some different things," he shared. "We didn't have this year totally mapped out like the past few years because we wanted to have a little break time to figure it all out. I think we will do a tour, for sure, as the Jonas Brothers, but then we'll see from there."

Although the future of the musical trio seems to be rather uncertain, there is one thing the 20-year-old pop star is certain of that should make his fans breathe a sigh of relief: he doesn't plan on getting married for at least another 10 years! Until then, Joe's enjoying the single life and laughing at rumors such as the one that had him sneaking out of Hilary Duff's house last week.

"My parents are her next door neighbors," he laughed. "I was leaving my parents' garage, [the paparazzi] must have been waiting for Hilary Duff. Their garages are right next to each other, so as I'm walking out, they take a picture of me saying I'm leaving Hilary Duff's house. Nick was like, 'I'm going to ruin this rumor for you,' and I was like, 'No, no, let it ride for a while.' "

When Joe's not fighting off relationship rumors, he's been doing a little songwriting, and even taped a guest judge stint for "American Idol" over the summer, which airs this Wednesday, January 27. The middle JoBro got to sit alongside Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson, and Kara DioGuardi, for the auditions that were held in his hometown of Dallas, Texas.

"[I was] a little nervous at the start because I was kind of afraid I was going to hurt people's feelings," he said of the experience. "You have to really be honest. At first, you feel bad, because you see these people come through, and they just want it really bad. The first few, I was like, 'Yeah, yeah, yeah, you're great.' Towards like five [people] in, you have to be like, 'I'm sorry, no. This isn't for you.' "

In addition to his music career, Joe told Seacrest he hopes to become a film star. So what would his dream role be?

"I'm always like, 'Whatever comes my way because I want to be able to do all of it,' " he confessed. "But there are so many superhero movies out right now. I think that could be kinda fun. I would love to be Spider-Man. That would be totally awesome!"

Hmmm ... I'm thinking Joe would be better off suiting up for a "Batman" remake in the role of the Caped Crusader's sidekick ... Robin!
