Well hello, Miles Teller!
Following in the footsteps of Chris Pratt and Nick Jonas, the Insurgent actor surprised everyone this week when he revealed what he has been concealing under his shirt: major abs.
The Insurgent actor unveiled pics of his super ripped body on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, which resulted in thunderous applause. So what prompted his major body transformation? Teller, 28, needed to get in fighting shape for his upcoming film Bleed for This, where he plays real-life boxer Vinny Paz.
Teller started training with Freddie Roach, who has also worked with Manny Pacquiao. "He pushed me hard," the actor told Us Weekly. "I've been on a diet plan, [and] have been counting every calorie." Obviously.
"When I started training I was like 188 [pounds] and like 18 percent body fat," he shared with E!. "I got down to 168 and six percent." But in the film, Paz goes up three weight classes. "For the last fight I was at 183, so I gained 15 pounds in like two and a half weeks."
"I just got into really serious boxing training," Teller continued of his workout routine. "I would do like four hours boxing, two hours weights [and] two hours physical therapy."
Whatever he did, it certainly worked.
