Several years from now, Britain's newest princess won't have to think too hard when the inevitable question comes up: "Which character from Sex and the City are you?" She's literally a Charlotte.

Kensington Palace has confirmed that the daughter of William and Kate, born Saturday, is named Charlotte Elizabeth Diana. Or if we're being formal, and what two-day-old baby doesn't prefer formalities, her full title is Her Royal Highness Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge. And what did you get, three names on your birth certificate, like some pauper?
Diana is, of course, in honor of the baby's late grandmother, Princess Diana, who was killed in a car crash in Paris in 1997.
Baby Charlotte was born Saturday, May 2 (a Taurus) at 8:34 a.m. She weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces. A full three ounces less than her older brother, Prince George, when he was born in 2013. She is now fourth in line for the throne of England, after her grandfather Prince Charles, her father Prince William, and her brother Prince George.
