‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Jenelle Evans Leaves Rehab After Four Days

For the second time in less than two weeks, Jenelle Evans has quit rehab.

On Sunday, reports surfaced that the 21-year-old "Teen Mom 2" star left the North Carolina facility she entered less than a week ago to get treatment for an alleged heroin addiction.

That same day, Evans – who also quit rehab on March 1 after just a few days – was back on social media, posting a photo of herself driving around her 3-year-old son Jace on Instagram and tweeting up a storm to friends and fans.

“Jenelle just needed to spend some time trying to figure things out,” a source tells Radar Online. “She wasn’t in rehab that long because she doesn’t think she really needs it. She’s ready to live her life like a normal person not on drugs or dealing with the crappy guys who were around her.”

One of those guys is her estranged husband Courtland Rogers, who was jailed shortly after Evans entered rehab.

On March 5, he was arrested after Pender County police were summoned for a disturbance in Hampstead, N.C., and realized Rogers had outstanding warrants.

"We had responded to a disturbance call but it didn't have anything to do with him," Sheriff Deputy Chester Ward told E! at the time. "He and some other people were there and we will check and run identification to make sure they don't have any outstanding warrants and Mr. Rogers did."

Rogers, who split from Evans six weeks after their quickie wedding last December, was held in a Brunswick County detention facility shortly before bailing out. The charges against him included four counts of assault on a female (Evans), as well as two counts of battery on an unborn child. Evans reportedly went on to miscarry the baby she was expecting with Rogers last month.
