Class Act! Taylor Swift Pens Handwritten Thank You Notes to Concertgoers

Remember the days when rock stars would trash their hotel room or get arrested after their concerts? Taylor Swift has a distinctly different approach.
The 1989 songstress once again proved why she's so popular now that some of her thank you notes have turned up online. The letters, which were handwritten by the star, were sent to various radio station staffers and made it clear once again that she's a class act.
Our favorite was one sent to Alex from the Ben and Kelly Show on 99.7 DJX in Louisville, Kentucky. The brunette is such a Swift superfan that she recreated the singer's look from the "Blank Space" video — and Swift apparently loved it.

"Alex, what a treat it was getting to hang with you backstage," Taylor wrote in her note to Alex. "Your costume was so on point and very seldomly do I get asked about chicken nuggets. You're so sweet to care so much about me. Thank you so much, Taylor."

The ladies even chatted about Swift's new beau, Calvin Harris, and the quote the star gave Alex found its way to Tumblr.

Alex also met Taylor's mother, Andrea Swift, backstage, which led to an all caps Instagram post with a photo of them together and many cry-face emojis.
"I TOLD HER THANK YOU FOR RAISING SUCH A BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTER AND ROLE MODEL FOR US SHE SAID, "TELL YOUR MOM THE SAME THING," gushed Alex.
Spike from Mojo in the Morning also was a recipient of a Tay-Tay thank you, which he posted on Facebook. "Such a sweetheart!" he wrote.

He brought along his daughters, Nicole, 11, and Natalie, 13 — who got a shout-out in the note. Swift showed the girls how to play some chords, shared songwriting tips, and let them explore her backstage candy bar and photo booth.
"I'm not lying when I say that Taylor makes every single person special!" Spike told E! News.
And Joel from 96.5 KISS FM also received some snail mail after a Cleveland show. "I had heard that she sends thank you notes to program directors and radio people, but had no idea I was even on her radar," he told E! News. "Was really surprised that she took the time to not only send a handwritten note, but she also included a Taylor doodle in the card too. Nice touch!"

We know that Swift is very generous with her time and money — whether she's donating case to a firefighter who saved his family or visiting patients in the hospital. But it's nice to know that the people she encounters in her daily life get the same VIP treatment as well.
