Snooki: It’s Normal for Me to Weigh 96 Pounds

Snooki has some choice words for those of you who think she's too skinny.

The "Dancing With the Stars" contestant has been attacked recently for her 50-pound weight loss post-baby, and now Snooki is firing back at her critics, defending her size 0 frame.

"People are jerks. I don't look emaciated — I look healthy!" she tells In Touch Weekly. The former "Jersey Shore" star claims that at the height of the MTV show's popularity she was at her heaviest, weighing 146 pounds. Now, Snooki — who gave birth to son Lorenzo in August 2012 — says she is a healthy 96 pounds.

"My arms still jiggle when I wave!" she exclaims. "I'm 4-foot-9, which is the size of a third grader, so weighing 96 pounds is normal for me."

The pint-size reality star adds: "People ask me why I'm still working out — I'll gain the weight back if I don't."

Don't look for Snooki's weight debate to go away anytime soon. It was just announced she has joined season 17 of "Dancing With the Stars." Contestants usually slim down considerably from the intense training sessions.
