Not that there was any doubt, Salma Hayek has still got it.
The Mexican stunner, 48, was given the Decade of Hotness honor at Spike TV's Guys Choice Awards on Saturday night and reminded attendees why she was the recipient. The Frida actress wore a flirty, figure-hugging LBD, which fell above her knee and featured a plunging neckline.
The mom of one told reporters that she didn't mind being honored for something so superficial. "When you start you're like, 'No, I want them to see me for my talent, and know me as an actress,'" she said, according to People magazine. "Now?! They want to give me a Decade of Hotness — I'm like, 'Bring it on!' You really like to be 'hot' after you're 40."
The key to Hayek's hotness? Being in love, she says. The brunette credited her relationship with billionaire businessman François-Henri Pinault, whom she married in 2009, for making her feel sexy.
"You know what makes you 'hot'? When you have the hots for someone," she said. "When you like somebody it comes out of you, almost naturally, and you're motivated. Love motivates you."
At the event, Hayek mingled with Zoe Saldana, Jake Gyllenhaal, and other stars.
Other honorees at the show which was hosted by Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson, were “Funniest M.F." Chelsea Handler, "Biggest Ass Kicker" Liam Neeson, "Guy of the Year" Chris Pratt, and "Our New Girlfriend" Hannah Davis.
The Spike's Guys Choice Awards airs June 18 at 9 p.m. ET.
