Robert Pattinson Lands in Australia Amid Kristen Stewart Breakup Rumors

With his guitar in hand, a smiley Robert Pattinson was photographed Thursday at the Melbourne airport. Keeping it casual after his flight in from LAX, the 26-year-old “Twilight Saga” star was photographed catching a flight to Adelaide, Australia. So, what is he doing in the land down under?
Rob is getting to work on the film “The Rover” co-starring Aussie actor Guy Pearce. The movie is a futuristic Western set in the Australian desert and Pattinson has described this script as “really tough” but “one of the best [he’s] read.”
But is Rob going through a really tough time in his personal life also? The Sun reports that Pattinson broke up with Kristen Stewart over the weekend telling her they would be better off with friends. Well, sources tell omg! that this report is “definitely not true.”
Even more evidence the story is bogus? Insiders assured omg! that Sunday night Rob and Kristen looked relaxed and more comfortable than ever together at Tina Fey and Amy Poehler’s private Golden Globes after-party.
While Kristen Stewart has work commitments of her own in the coming months — she is still attached to the comedy “Focus” (despite Ben Affleck dropping out). Don’t be surprised if the 22-year-old actress pops up to visit her beau in Australia at some point though.
