So long, flowing locks!
America's favorite "Baywatch" babe, Pamela Anderson, debuted a drastic new look in L.A. Wednesday when she stepped out sporting a close-cropped pixie haircut.
The 46-year-old actress, who has always been known for her beach-ready bod and long blond tresses, was almost unrecognizable as she revealed her newly shorn locks while wearing big black sunglasses and a modest striped tank and cardigan combo. But she didn't change everything! Anderson's trademark bright blond hue survived the carnage.
There is a catch to the change however; her super-short tresses highlight Pamela's defined cheekbones and jawline and make her easily mistakable for another actress (who could have been her haircut inspiration): Charlize Theron. The South African beauty has kept her blond locks short since shaving her head for her part in "Mad Max" in 2012.
While debuting her new 'do, Anderson was accompanied by her ex-husband Rick Salomon, with whom she annulled her marriage in 2008. The duo has been spending quite a bit of time together again in recent months, with Pamela noting that they are "friends with benefits."
The "Dancing With the Stars" alum isn't the only Hollywood lady to chop her locks recently. Jennifer Hudson, 32, also traded in her long tresses for a short and sleek pixie. Miley Cyrus, Anne Hathaway, Ginnifer Goodwin. and Beyoncé (who only kept her close crop for a few days) have all been sporting super short dos.
What do you think of Anderson's new look?
