Numbers Don’t Lie: Shakira Wants $14.95 Million for Miami Mansion
Colombian beauty Shakira is ready to shake her hips somewhere else.
The sexy singer, 36, is selling her luxe mansion overlooking the ocean in Miami for the super-sized price of $14.95 million, according to real estate blog Trulia.
Although Shakira undoubtedly enjoyed the property's prime location just minutes from the trendy South Beach neighborhood when she bought it in 2001, her situation has changed a bit. The Season 4 mentor on "The Voice" is now mom to 6-month-old son Milan and spends most of her time in Spain, where she resides with her football player boyfriend Gerard Piqué.
However, Shakira's leaving the place bigger and better than she found it. Since purchasing the pad for a paltry $3.38 million, she's completely remodeled and added 1,663 square feet onto the home, so it now has six bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms in 8,355 square feet.
Casa Shakira also features light wood floors, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and a gym — and those are just a few of the highlights from the inside. The exterior of the estate has a pool with a hardwood deck and direct access to the water by way of a private deck.
