Salwa Amin faces four charges (not two, or one):

1) Possession with intent to deliver oxycodone
2) Possession with intent to deliver heroin

She is still being held Central Regional Jail and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in front of the Nicholas Country Magistrate.

The Police Chief also says that Amin was not "cowering in a shed" as reported elsewhere, but rather, apprehended along with the two other men charged in the main house where the arrests were made.

And you thought the “Jersey Shore” kids were out of control?

Salwa Amin, 24, a cast member from MTV’s popular new reality show “Buckwild” — which just last week was renewed for a second season — was arrested at a home near Summersville, West Virginia, early Monday morning and is allegedly facing felony drug charges.

According to the Associated Press, Amin is being held on a single felony charge of possession with intent to deliver.

However TMZ claims Salwa Amin, 24, was booked on two counts of drug possession with intent to deliver — one count for oxycodone, the other for heroin.

omg! has reached out to both the Summersville, WV, and Charleston, WV, Police Departments, but has not yet been able to make contact to confirm the specific charges that Amin faces. omg! has also reached out to MTV for comment but has yet to hear back at this time.

The Charleston Police database indicates that Amin is a “pre-trial Felon,” with bail set at $200,000. She is listed as being 5’2” and 115 lbs.

Amin was arrested along with two other people — Jason D. Jones, 31, also of Summersville, and Shawn L. Booker, 43, of Detroit, Michigan — neither of whom is connected to the show.

According to the AP, after receiving a tip from a confidential informant, members of the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force obtained a search warrant for the home near Summersville.

Amin was found hiding in a shed at the house, along with the other two suspects.

Authorities reportedly believe Amin and Booker brought drugs from Michigan and met with Jones to deliver them.

If you’re not familiar with the show, here’s some more background info on Amin. According to her MTV bio, she’s a “Bengali in Boots,” and “she lives at home with her strict parents and is the “first one” at the party.” Amin is also “the oldest of the group” and “everyone loves her ‘tell it like it is’ attitude.”
