Miley Cyrus’ Little Sister Noah Celebrates Her 13th Birthday – at a Nightclub!

Miley Cyrus’ little sister, Noah, is proceeding into her teen years at full throttle!

The youngest child of Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus turned 13 on Tuesday and celebrated the milestone in a not-very-13-year-old style – with a birthday bash at the Hollywood nightclub Level 3.

Noah – who famously caused a stir singing along to Ke$ha's "TiK ToK" back in 2010 and faced criticism for wearing a "sexy vampire" Halloween costume in 2009 – looked quite grown up at the private party, donning a black minidress and a bright red leather jacket, which was the same bold color she painted her lips.

Helping to celebrate Noah’s big day were her parents, siblings (Miley and fiancé Liam Hemsworth were there!), and friends, including actress Bella Thorne. Although the setting was a nightclub, there were age-appropriate treats – guests enjoyed cotton candy and shave ice, a hand-waxing stand (where they could make colorful wax replicas of their digits), and a performance by boy band 24/7.

While 24/7 surely turned in a shriek-worthy performance, Noah – who has had minor TV roles as well as a short-lived web series – probably would have preferred to have One Direction help her celebrate her big day. Before the party, Miley visited her little sis and shared some of the Noah’s 1D

fangirl memorabilia on Twitter. “This might be the creepiest thing I've ever seen,” Miley wrote, posting a pic of Noah’s mini Harry Styles figurine. The 20-year-old also tweeted a photo of herself and her younger sibling in bed with a cardboard cutout of Taylor Swift’s ex, which didn’t go unnoticed.

Miley was also responsible for Noah’s makeup application for the party. Another behind-the-scenes photo – tweeted by Tish – showed the “Can’t Be Tamed” singer putting mascara on the birthday girl.

And lest you think Noah is all about makeup and boy bands – and if she was, we really couldn’t blame her given her age – the teen, who’s an avid horse rider, asked that her friends donate $13 to her “fav charity” NYCLASS (New Yorkers for Livable and Safe Streets), which is devoted to shutting down horse-drawn carriage rides in Manhattan’s Central Park.
