Kris Humphries Is a No-Show at Court Date With Kim Kardashian

UPDATE: According to court documents, both parties and their attorneys are being ordered to physically appear in court on April 19 at 8:30 a.m. to discuss all issues and settlement of the case. Their divorce trial is still set for May 6.
New Jersey Nets star Kris Humphries knows all about scoring on the court, but he just made a major foul at the Los Angeles courthouse.
The 28-year-old basketball star was set to appear at a mandatory hearing on April 12 at 8:30 a.m. PT to face off against his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian. The exes were supposed to try and reach a settlement in their bitter divorce. However, it looks like Humphries failed to show.
Kardashian was right on time, however, pulling up to the courthouse in a black Escalade, escorted by a bodyguard. Inside the courtroom, sources say the 32-year-old sported cream pants and covered her growing baby bump in a long silver coat. The pregnant reality star was accompanied by her legal eagle, Laura Wasser.
According to the Associated Press, Judge Hank Goldberg began the hearing shortly before 9 a.m. and sealed the proceedings, citing rules mandating confidentiality for divorce settlement discussions.
Humphries and Kardashian's divorce trial is scheduled for May 6.
With her baby with Kanye West set to arrive this summer, Kardashian said she wanted a quick resolution to her 72-day marriage to Humphries. "I do not want to be married to [Humphries] when I have my baby," Kardashian -- who filed for divorce in October 2011 -- stated in court papers filed January 24, one week before Humphries filed his own response.

Getting into hot water by missing his court date isn't the only bad news Humphries may be facing this week. Beverly Hills suit designer Scott Hill is allegedly suing Humphries for $52,000. Hill has accused the baller of stiffing him on a $6,000 bill in designer threads after he gave him a discount on suits in exchange for promising to send two NBA players to visit his shop.
A Los Angeles County courthouse official told omg! that there is currently no lawsuit on record, and Hill declined to share any court documents with omg!, but he did say, "It is a private matter between me and Mr. Humphries. God knows how the press got a hold of it. It was a business issue and I've taken issue with how he handled it."
Whether or not the allegations are true, it looks like Humphries has no shortage of legal woes.
