Well, that's one way to use a drone.
A graffiti artist named Katsu used a hacked Phantom drone to vandalize a new Calvin Klein Jeans billboard featuring Kendall Jenner on Wednesday. Katsu scribbled red paint across the model/reality star/Kardashian little sister's face on one of the largest and most viewed billboards in New York City.
He then cheerfully boasted about his work to Wired.
"It turned out surprisingly well," he said. "It's exciting to see its first potential use as a device for vandalism."
Katsu even documented the illegal act, which took less than a minute, but called the whole thing "a bit tense."
"Seventy percent of the concentration is in maintaining this equilibrium with the two dimensional surface while you are painting," he explained, adding that "it's a bit frightening" how easy the whole process was.
The 19-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has yet to comment on the incident, but judging by her latest interviews, she's probably crushed.
