Kelly Osbourne is thrilled to be back in her own bed.

After having a seizure on March 7 and being hospitalized, the "E! Fashion Police" panelist returned to her Los Angeles home on Monday to finish recuperating.

"Thank you to all the Doctors Nurses Medical Staff & Employees@CedarsSinai Hospital for fixing me enough to go home," Kelly tweeted last Monday night. "Its so nice to bein bed!"

The fashionista's spokesperson shared an update of the 28-year-old's medical status.

"After a five-day hospital stay, Kelly Osbourne has returned home and has been given a clean bill of health by her doctor," her rep told E! News. "Doctors ran numerous tests and determined that this was most likely a onetime episode of which there are no conclusive results. She is looking forward to returning to 'Fashion Police' this week and getting back to business and life as usual."

"She’s fine, nobody knows why she had it," Sharon continued. "Can't figure out a reason why, but she is fine and naughty. Very naughty."
