Perhaps Justin Bieber's naughty streak is turning a corner?
The Los Angeles District Attorney's office tells Yahoo they have decided not to charge the Canadian pop singer, 20, with a felony for attempted robbery stemming from an incident last month in which a woman accused him of trying to wrestle her phone away.
The DA's office cited "insufficient evidence," but also mentioned that they've turned the case over the City Attorney's office in the event they'd like to pursue misdemeanor charges. However, if there was insufficient felony evidence, it's likely that there would be insufficient misdemeanor evidence as well.
Police interviewed several bystanders at Sherman Oaks Castle Park both the night of the incident and the night after, but no one could provide any proof that the Biebs had done anything bad.
The DA added that Bieber's egg-throwing incident — in which his former neighbor in Calabasas, California, accused him of egging their home — is still "under review" and that there are no new updates to report.
Maybe the "Baby" singer truly means what he wrote in his latest tweet:

We can only hope so!
