Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin: Still Living and Partying Together

Just when you thought Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin's "conscious uncoupling" couldn’t look any less like an actual divorce, court documents reveal that they may, in fact, still be living together. Hmm...

Though the celebrity pair announced their separation back in March (while they were on a family vacation in the Bahamas, we might add), Chris has been by Gwyneth's side consistently ever since.

On April 18, Paltrow was granted a temporary restraining order against alleged stalker Nickolaos Gavrilis, who actually made it into her London house before attempting to get into her California manse shortly thereafter.

More interestingly (to us, anyway) is the fact that additional legal documents dated May 15, which grant Paltrow a permanent restraining order, happen to list Martin among those still residing with the actress-turned-lifestyle maven. In addition to Gwyneth, three others are named as "protected persons": her daughter Apple, her son Moses, and "husband" Chris Martin. A hand-written note scrawled next to the "relationship" line indicates that Chris "lives w/ petitioner" (meaning he may not technically be her hubby anymore).

The order also fleshes out details like the fact that Gavrilis has to stay 100 yards away from the entire Paltrow-Martin brood, as well as their home, workplaces, schools, cars, and anywhere else the kids might go. In addition, he must refrain from harassing, contacting, or stalking Gwyneth — oh, and trying to obtain any addresses related to her whereabouts counts as a big no-no, too.

Even in the midst of all of this legal drama, however, Chris and Gwyneth seem to be hanging in there — thriving even. While they weren't photographed together, both stars were guests at Vicky Vlachonis's The Body Doesn't Lie book launch party on Thursday night and posed for pics with the author and their other celebrity pals -- Gwyneth with Cameron Diaz and Chris with Tobey Maguire's wife, Jennifer Meyer.

The two are clearly making nice, at the very least. They also were spotted having an intimate dinner at Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles earlier this month.

Chris opened up about the split recently, explaining, "About two years ago I was a mess really because I can't enjoy the thing that we are good at and I can't enjoy the great things around me because I'm burdened by this. I've got to not blame anyone else and make some changes."

In other words, he's saying it's him, not her. Still, in light of the revelation that Chris and Gwyneth are possibly still living in the same home and attending the same parties, we can't help but wonder if there's more about this new concept of "conscious uncoupling" that we don't quite understand, like if it means you're actually not together anymore… or not.
