Tallulah Willis is going through some tough times.
Multiple reports indicate the youngest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore has checked into rehab for undisclosed reasons. Citing anonymous sources, People on Thursday said the 20-year-old is "getting help" after dealing with some "unhappiness" and being "given an ultimatum." An unnamed family insider is quoted on the magazine's website saying, "Her parents were about to take away everything from her," and noted, "The situation had been building for a while."
Calls to both Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's publicists were not immediately returned.
But according to People, Tallulah never fully recovered from her parents' widely publicized divorce in 2000. Following her mother's split with Ashton Kutcher, during which time the G.I. Jane actress was hospitalized after smoking a substance similar to incense and then checked into rehab, things apparently become worse for the youngest Willis sibling.
"Bruce has a zero-drug tolerance rule," a Moore insider told People. "So if he suspected Tallulah had any kind of substance-abuse problem, he would have demanded for her to get help." The article states that both of her parents have visited her in a treatment facility.
Last month, Tallulah, who has appeared in three movies with her parents, including The Scarlett Letter and The Whole Ten Yards, opened up about her struggle with self-esteem in a video she made for Stylelikeu.
“I'm diagnosed with body dysmorphia [because of] reading those stupid f--king tabloids when I was like 13, feeling like I was just ugly, always," she said in the video. "I believed the strangers more than the people who loved me, because why would the people who love me be honest?"
Tallulah — who dropped out of University of San Francisco her freshman year and recently launched her own fashion blog, The Clothing Coven — went on to say that the public scrutiny impacted how she dressed. She would dress provocatively, "showing off my boobs and butt," to district people from looking at her face.
She went on to say that she then starved herself to 95 pounds.
"When I lost my curves and my boobs shriveled up into nothing, and I had no shape and I was just saggy skin everywhere, I was like 'Hey, believe me now?'" she said. "But I viewed super-skinny me as smart, intelligent. I was able to have the physical transformation so everyone could see me differently."
On July 23, Tallulah — who moved out of Moore's home and in with Willis, where she's found a "safe haven" living with him, wife Emma, and their two daughters — announced she was taking a break from social media. She posted this final Instagram photo, in which she had her blue hair partially covering her face, and wrote, "ok. hasta luego forreal this time." She hasn't posted since.
Rehab reports started swirling soon after. Star magazine was first to report that was in an Arizona rehab facility. The tabloid claimed that she checked in the same day her final Instagram photo was posted.
Talullah is one of three children from the Willis-Moore union along with Scout, who made headlines for her naked protest earlier this summer, and Rumer.
