Bruce Jenner bought some new digs, perched atop a mountain in Malibu, for $3.5 million.
Anyone with even a passing knowledge of Keeping Up With the Kardashians could see that Jenner was always far less comfortable with the cameras following him around 24/7 than the other members of his family, but that it was something he went along with for the sake of the clan he loves and supports. After separating from Kris Jenner in 2013, he rented a home in Malibu. Now, under intense media scrutiny following his reported gender reassignment and a car crash that resulted in the death of his neighbor, Jenner has moved to an even more secluded area of Malibu.
The Olympic gold medalist purchased the home for $3.575 million. It sits on 11 acres of land and boasts four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 360-degree views, according to property records obtained by Variety.
Per the property's listing, which has since been pulled offline, the home has a three-car garage (relatively small for a racing enthusiast like Jenner), heated floors, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and, of course, a pool and spa.
Most of the Kardashian clan lives close together around Kris's home in Hidden Hills. Kylie Jenner just purchased into her own home in Calabasas and Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are putting finishing touches on their massive compound, also in Hidden Hills. Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick and Khloé Kardashian also live in Calabasas. But Bruce has preferred Malibu since moving out there two years ago.
"It has been such a great getaway," Jenner said on an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2014. "I mean it's peaceful, no drama. ... I just can't see going back."
Jenner's new home is 3,500 sqaure feet and perched high above El Pescador State Beach, a great location for someone who loves paddle boarding as much as Jenner does.
