Ashlee Simpson is getting some serious girl time.
The 30-year-old singer/actress/sibling of Jessica and her husband, actor/singer Evan Ross, have welcomed their first child together, a daughter. According to multiple reports, baby made her big debut on Thursday night and joins Ashlee's 6-year-old son, Bronx, from her previous marriage to Pete Wentz. The couple has not yet revealed the baby's name.
The pair talked baby names on The Wendy Williams Show in February, with Ross, 26, saying that while the name wouldn't be "any Apple, Orange, anything like that," he promised it was "going to be different."
Ashlee, who did Tracy Anderson's prenatal workouts throughout her pregnancy, was on the red carpet as recently as June 25 when she and Ross attended an event at the W Los Angeles. Dressed in black, she cradled her baby belly as she posed for photographs with her husband.
It's been an incredible year for Jessica's little sister. It was over Labor Day weekend last year that the blonde tied the knot with the The Hunger Games: Catching Fire actor at his mother Diana Ross's Connecticut estate. Jessica hosted a baby shower for Ashlee in early June.
This is the first child for Ross, whom Ashlee described as "amazing" during her pregnancy, but Ashlee said it felt like a new experience for her.
"I think that no matter what, with every child it's different," she told People magazine. "It's been six years, so I'm like, 'Here we go! We gotta learn how to get the swaddle on again!'"
We bet she's swaddling as we type.
