When does Patrick Schwarzenegger ever find the time to study?

The USC student and his gal pal, Miley Cyrus, jetted to Maui over the weekend for a romantic getaway. While it's not a luxury most 20-somethings can afford, especially college students such as Schwarzenegger, these two aren't your average 20-somethings.

Schwarzenegger, 21, and Cyrus, 22 — who have been inseparable since it was revealed they were dating back in October — appeared as loved up as ever on their Hawaiian vacation. On Sunday, the "Wrecking Ball" singer, clad in a red bikini, was photographed arm in arm with her shirtless beau as they walked along a beach path to the Four Seasons Hotel.

An eyewitness told E! that Miley was instantly recognized on her way to lunch.

"They got stopped by fans right away and were thinking about turning around, but Miley was very gracious and took pictures and kept walking," said the source. "Patrick thought it was funny and tried to stay out of the way. Patrick was good at protecting her and wrapped his arms around her and kept walking. They were inseparable and he pulled her in close. It was a long walk and they never stopped holding hands or wrapping their arms around each other. After lunch, they walked back home with their arms around each other. They really didn't care who came up to them or who stopped them, they only had eyes for each other."

One thing's for sure: Wherever Miley goes, a fan frenzy seems to follow. Patrick better get used to it.
