Blink-182’s Travis Barker Sues Over Bus Accident and Procedure That Led to Medical Issues

Injuries sustained from a bus crash and a staph infection forced the band to cancel their tour

Travis Barker has filed a lawsuit related to medical issues that forced Blink-182 to cancel a recent tour, TMZ reports and Barker’s representative confirms to Pitchfork. Specifically, the drummer is suing over injuries sustained in an accident when a school bus collided with his SUV in July. He’s suing the bus driver and bus company over the crash. He’s also suing the Medical Imaging Center in Santa Monica over a visit in June. Barker claimed he was stuck with a dirty needle several times while technicians attempted to locate a vein. The incident allegedly led to a staph infection and vein damage. Barker’s representative offered no further comment.
