They’re movin’ on up! Or, should we say, movin’ on in? Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani reportedly just bought a house together in the Los Angeles area, according to Entertainment Tonight. The singers, who’ve been dating since 2015, seem to have taken the next big step in their relationship. While it isn’t marriage, going in on real estate as a pair is still a pretty big deal. And cohabitating? We can all agree that’s a big move, literally and figuratively.

There isn’t a ton of information being made public about the alleged joint purchase at this point, and understandably so, but here’s what we know so far. Stefani is likely already out of her current home, given it is in escrow. The “Hollaback Girl” singer originally bought the nearly 12,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion in 2006 with her then-husband, rocker Gavin Rossdale. After their split, the seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom home — with guesthouse, infinity-edge swimming pool, lighted tennis court, children’s playground and more — was originally placed on the market for $35 million. (It likely sold for less, though, since the current listing shows a sale price of just under $25 million.)

Shelton also has a home in Los Angeles, so the couple usually splits their time between California and Shelton’s private ranch in Oklahoma. Purchasing this new home together in the LA area has the potential to streamline their lives, especially if Shelton decides to sell his SoCal home, too.

Plus, it goes without saying that living under the same roof will make carpooling a breeze. Stefani will be coming back for the upcoming 17th season of The Voice, on which Shelton has been a coach since the NBC singing competition began. Stefani previously served as a coach in seasons seven, nine and 12, and acted as a part-time mentor for seasons eight and 10.

Over the course of Stefani’s absence from the show during the last few years, she and Shelton have continued to grow in their relationship. It’s not surprising, then, that the couple was “thrilled” when Stefani signed on for the new season. “While filming The Voice, they’ve had the best time. They’re playful, flirty and laugh nonstop,” a source told ET earlier in the week. “Blake loves working with Gwen because it really gives them time to be together… they adore each other. Working together is truly an ideal situation for them.”

Coworkers and now roomies? The engagement fans have been waiting for may not be too far behind.
