Blake Griffin is in the clear after a man accused the NBA star’s dog of a vicious attack.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Emmanuel Aframian filed a request for dismissal in his case against Griffin.

The 64-year-old man originally sued in February, after he claimed to be enjoying a meal at fancy eatery, A Votre Sante, last June when Griffin’s dog “lunged” at him and “viciously attacked” him.

At the time, the man claimed to have suffered “disabling and permanent” injuries as a result of the attack. He also claimed Griffin’s pooch had a history of being violent.

It’s unclear if the Detroit Pistons star paid anything to end the case, but these usually don’t get dismissed without someone collecting some serious (milk)bones.
