Jennie Kim has officially cemented her status as fashion’s newest princess.

The Blackpink member delighted attendees at Jacquemus’s 15th anniversary show in Capri, Italy, by closing out the runway. The surprise appearance marked her runway debut, with Jennie sashaying down the terracotta-tiled catwalk in a slinky black midi dress with a flared skirt, a sophisticated halter neckline, and a backless silhouette.

The dress was styled with a zebra-print and salmon pink iteration of the house's trippy double-heeled sandals. For a pop of color against the Tyrrhenian Sea, she also carried a turquoise clutch bag adorned with two reflective gold bulbs on either end.

The fashion house previously teased Jennie's walk in an Instagram post yesterday, showing snaps of the performer posing in nothing but a bright red beach towel and black sunglasses (the photos seemed to be a subtle nod to a similar Brigitte Bardot look in the 1963 film, Le Mepris).

Jennie's relationship with Jacquemus has reached new heights over the past year, with the singer starring as the face of the brand's “Guirlande” holiday collection in December 2023. The adorable campaign photos captured her posing in some of the brand's festive offerings alongside a pack of dogs.

Besides Jacquemus, Jennie's resumé has a handful of other major fashion partnerships, from serving as a Chanel global ambassador since 2021 to designing a capsule collection for Calvin Klein last year.

Her outfits also regularly top best-dressed lists at major red-carpet events. For instance, she took the Met Gala by storm this year by arriving in an electric blue cutout minidress, custom-made by Alaïa.
