Miley Cyrus is playing a pop star on her episode of “Black Mirror” Season 5, a role she’s for sure all too familiar with. But on the upcoming installment, titled “Rachel, Jack and Ashley, Too,” we’ll see not just the dark side of musical stardom, but the tiny-robotic-doll-made-in-your-image side that just wants you to “BELIEVE IN YOURSELF,” too.

Here’s the official description for the episode, which along with Cyrus stars Angourie Rice and Madison Davenport: “A lonely teenager yearns to connect with her favorite pop star – whose charmed existence isn’t quite as rosy it appears…”

Per Netflix, “‘Black Mirror’ is an anthology series that taps into our collective unease with the modern world, with each stand-alone episode a sharp, suspenseful tale exploring themes of contemporary techno-paranoia leading to an unforgettable – and sometimes unsettling – conclusion. Without questioning it, technology has transformed all aspects of our lives; in every home; on every desk; in every palm – a plasma screen; a monitor; a Smartphone – a ‘Black Mirror’ reflecting our 21st Century existence back at us.”

Brooker created the series and writes, executive producing alongside Jones.

“Black Mirror” Season 5 launches June 5 on Netflix.
