Anthony Anderson and his ex-wife have agreed to sell their multi-million dollar Los Angeles home following their shocking divorce.
According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the 'Black-ish' star agreed to list the Encino, CA property on June 30, 2022. In the filing, it appears the former couple has agreed to pick out a realtor in the area and sell it as soon as possible. Records indicate the property could be worth upwards of $2.3 million.
Although it's unclear if the duo had a prenuptial agreement, they have agreed to split the money earned by the sale of the home, after paying off its current mortgage.

"The net proceeds of the sale of the (Residence,) defined as the sale price less payoff of the Albers Street Residence mortgage, and the payment of commissions, fees and expenses of the listing agents and escrow company, shall be distributed one-half to each party," the agreement states.
As for spousal support, the ex-couple agrees that Anderson will pay a monthly amount to his ex-wife connected to his current income. But, the parties agree that they will need to work with a specialist to decide the property amount to be paid. "The parties acknowledge and agree that their respective cash flows have not yet been determined, and at this point, there is no way to determine if the amount of spousal support should be $1 or substantially more," the filing reads.

Anthony has agreed to co-sign a 12-month lease for his ex-wife while the former couple negotiates a settlement in their divorce.
We broke the story, the television star's wife filed for divorce in March of 2022 after 22 years of marriage. At the time, Anthony listed the couple's date of separation as February 25 and cited irreconcilable differences as the cause of their divorce. The father of two agreed about the uncertain financial situation, saying, "the exact nature and extent of separate property assets and obligations" and "reserves the right to amend this response when same is ascertained."
There is no child support in this case because the couple's two children are both adults.

Sadly, the 'Black-ish' star opened up about his love for his wife and meeting her at a party back in December. "My sophomore year, her freshman year, I knew a girl who lived in the apartment, so I went to knock on the door to invite her to this party that I and my buddies were having. My wife answered the door. I was like, 'I was coming to invite Stacey to this party we're having.' Stacey didn't show up, but my wife did – and we have been together ever since that night," he told Parade Magazine.
Adding, "And I was just me: I got there early, she didn't see nobody else, she was, 'All right, I'm gonna rock out with this dude! We got married on our 10-year anniversary. She's quiet, I'm loud. Opposites attract."
As we said, the couple's home will hit the market at the end of the month.
