Black Gold Tattoo Expo this weekend
May 15—The Black Gold Tattoo Expo is scheduled May 17-19 at the Horseshoe Arena (Pavilion-Hall S), 2514 Arena Trail, in Midland. Lubbock tattoo artist and Ink Master season 10 contestant Mike Diaz is excited to host this amazing expo in the Tall City, a news release said.
The Black Gold Tattoo Expo brings industry professionals and tattoo lovers together under one roof. More than 150 of the nation's best tattoo artists including top local and national artists, will be on hand. There will be numerous vendors, face painting, and more. Also, don't miss the opportunity to get some ink at the famous "Hole in the Wall" booth. Daily tattoo competitions will be held for individuals to show off their new ink. Live DJ and the hang-bar contest are just a few of the other exciting things happening throughout the weekend.
The Black Gold Tattoo Expo will run from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, noon to 11 p.m. Saturday and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday.
Tickets are $20 for a day pass and $40 for a weekend pass. Children 12 and under are free.
