Whether it's perfecting that challenging yoga move or starting the week crushing a new personal record, any physical accomplishment that furthermore contributes to your overall health is something worth celebrating. While there are countless brands with products that brilliantly flatter a woman's figure, few seamlessly adjust to conform to our changing bodies. Black and woman-owned fitness brand Beach Hours meets that requirement, and encourages all women to remember that "no one can do it better than she can."

Designer Joyy Byrd envisions, designs and creates these unique pieces, which can be worn for any exercise from a pilates session to a HIIT workout. With spring quickly approaching, she wanted the apparel in her latest drop to boast brighter hues and silhouettes appropriate for warmer temperatures.

"With this collection, we used a custom print that you can’t find anywhere else," she explained to Yahoo Sports. "Then, we took five solid colors from the fabric to make a cohesive capsule. My biggest inspiration was Malibu, California. Walking along the beach and looking at the different colors of flowers, sand, rocks and sunsets, I tied it all together to get this unique print."

Included in this particular drop are biker shorts, leggings and cropped long-sleeve shirts. In the future, however, Byrd wants to expand her inventory to include hoodies, joggers, sweats, crewnecks and other loungewear essentials. Expect more accessories like headbands to complete the look and bags to keep everything secure.

Because each product is made by hand, they quickly sell out and restocks are limited. We linked a number of pieces from the new collection below, but find even more options at Beach Hours.
