Blac Chyna Fights Khloe Kardashian Over Questions About Her Ex-Boyfriends In Court Battle With Rob
Blac Chyna is firing back at Khloe Kardashian’s attempt to grill her about ex-boyfriends in their nasty court battle with her baby daddy Rob Kardashian.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Chyna is denying the Kardashian’s accusations she is playing games in the legal dispute.
Back in 2018, Chyna sued her baby daddy Rob Kardashian and his family, accusing them of interfering with her reality show “Rob & Chyna”. The family denies wrongdoing and has moved to dismiss the case. Rob, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner recently demanding Chyna be ordered to sit for a second deposition. They accuse her of refusing to answer questions and using the office for a photoshoot.
In newly filed documents, Chyna denies the allegations of refusing to answer questions or sit for a second deposition. She claims to have already agreed to appear for a second one.
Further, Chyna recently completed a deposition in Rob’s separate assault and battery lawsuit against her. The reality star says she has provided a ton of requested documents to the Kardashians.

However, she admits to objecting to a small fraction of their discovery demands. One of the requests she refused to comply with was from Khloe Kardashian, who wanted her to answer questions about men she dated after splitting from Rob.
Chyna explains, “For example, Plaintiff properly objected and refused to respond to Khloe Kardashian’s bizarre and harassing requests for admission asking about Chyna’s alleged “sexual relationships” in 2017 with “Ferrari” and “Mechie.”
She even accuses Rob and his family of only making the accusations in court to trash her in the press. The motion states, “Defendants’ true motive in filing their bad faith motion is to have the Kardashian/Jenner media machine publish the Defendants’ otherwise defamatory statements (subject to the litigation privilege) about Chyna to the world in prolific gossip rags and in radio and T.V. “celebrity news” segments.”
Chyna addresses the recent accusations by Rob in their custody battle. He filed bombshell documents claiming she doesn’t take proper care of their daughter Dream. Rob accused her of being drunk often and allowing strangers to be around their kid. Khloe backed up her brother by filing a declaration saying Dream was “aggressive” when returning from Chyna’s home.
In regard to that situation, Chyna says, “In the related family law case, documents filed under seal by law to protect the minor children were somehow “leaked” to the media, “resulting in heinous public comments regarding Chyna and likely significant tainting of the jury pool for the upcoming trial in this case”
The case is ongoing.
