Björk Reveals New Album Title

Her Vulnicura follow-up is out in November

Björk has revealed her new album title. During a Facebook Live interview with Nowness, she said the record is called Utopia. Watch the full discussion below. (She reveals the title around the 47:30 mark.) Last year, Björk said, “The last album [Vulnicura], we sort of call it ‘hell’—it was like divorce! So we are doing paradise now. Utopia. We have done hell, we have earned some points.” More recently, describing the LP, Björk called it her “Tinder record,” and said it’s “about being in love. Spending time with a person you enjoy on every level is obviously utopia.” The album, which includes her new single “The Gate,” is set to come out in November.
