Birria, dumplings, whiskey and hot chicken: What you can eat, drink at Power Trip 2023

If you're heading to Power Trip this weekend, you'll likely need to recharge after all the fist pumping and rocking out. Lucky for you, there are several food and drink options on the festival grounds to get your energy back up for all the music.

Like the Coachella Valley Music and Arts and Stagecoach country music festivals, food vendors will be serving up a variety of cuisines on the Empire Polo Club grounds this Friday through Sunday. Everything you'd want to sink your teeth into, from tacos and nachos to pizza and sushi, will be steps away from the music.

If you're up for exploring the festival host city of Indio and its food scene, you can check out The Desert Sun's guide for the best burgers, sandwiches and pizza.
