Bindi Irwin Remembers Falling in Love with Husband Chandler Powell’s 'Kind Heart' Nearly a Decade Ago

The animal lovers tied the knot in 2020 and welcomed daughter Grace in 2021
Bindi Irwin is recalling the early days of her relationship with husband Chandler Powell.
On Monday, the nature conservationist, 25, shared a sweet video montage of the couple’s adventures — set to Tyler Shaw’s “Love You Still” — in honor of their upcoming 10th anniversary of meeting.
"Almost 10 years ago I fell in love with your kind heart. ❤️ I’ll be here loving you for the rest of my existence. @chandlerpowell," she captioned the clip.

The pair met as teenagers in late 2013 and stayed in touch over the years. By 2015, they were an official couple. Powell, 26, eventually moved to Australia to be with Irwin and he asked her to marry him in 2019.
The couple wed the following year and welcomed their daughter, Grace, in 2021.
In November 2022, Irwin posted a touching tribute to Powell to mark her husband's 26th birthday.
"Chandler, you are the strongest, kindest and most selfless man I have ever known. I wish I could find a way to express how much you mean to me. I love you in every way, for all of my days. For me and Grace, our sun doesn't just rise and set with you, you ARE our sunshine," she wrote alongside a series of photos of the family.

She also celebrated the pair’s third wedding anniversary in March by sharing sentimental photos of them with some zoo animals on Instagram.
Looking back on their marriage, she wrote in part, "This week we're celebrating three years of marriage and reflecting on what a whirlwind of love and adventure it has been."
Last month, the former professional wakeboarder showed love for his wife and 2-year-old daughter on Instagram, writing, “Life is sweeter spent with my girls.”
He added: “@bindisueirwin, thank you for being the most amazing, beautiful mama. You are our glue, keeping us together and happy every day❤️."

Irwin responded in the comment section, sharing, “Sweetheart. I love you both with my entire heart ❤️.”
